In recognition of the extensive commitment by all JWHL member teams, JWHL Founders Bill Driscoll (NAHA) and Kush Sidhu (Washington Pride) are pleased to announce a new award given to the team with the best overall season record in the JWHL.  The JWHL Playoffs and JWHL Challenge Cup games do not count towards the awarding of the JWHL Founders Trophy, as each have their separate awards.  At the end of the season, the team with the most points based on their accumulated weekend points throughout the season gets the right to keep the Founders Trophy until the next season.
